The complimentary coffee at the cafe was impressive, and the staff ensured a comfortable experience at all hours. However, the hot water issue in the bathroom was a drawback.

exceptionally large room, smart TV with Netflix, new elevators
Extra bed not available when requested!!! Slow checkout process could be improved!!! Towels were raggedy and uninspiring despite being clean!!!

missingWrote a review on Nov 09noisy elevator
Elevators blare out loud announcements at every floor, which can be quite distracting. The parking experience is cumbersome because you need to remember your room number each time, rather than just using your card for a smoother entry.

A charming stay with friendly vibes
Waking up to a lovely café aroma was a daily treat! The staff were incredibly helpful, whether I needed directions or recommendations for the local area. The cleanliness was a bonus.
One downside was the inconsistent hot water in the bathroom, which made evening showers a bit of a gamble. It’s a small hiccup but slightly disappointing.

I stayed in a Standard Twin Room for 3 nights, and it was super spacious and clean. The bed was comfy, perfect for crashing after a long day. They also had a kettle with tea bags, which was a nice touch! Plus, there’s a lovely café in the hotel that made mornings better with good coffee. The location is on point, close to restaurants and supermarkets. Only downside was that it could get a bit noisy at times, but overall, it was a great place to stay!

Had a great time with friends. The spacious rooms were perfect for our group. We explored the local area and visited Jeddah Islamic Seaport and Prince Abdullah Al-Faisal Stadium—highly recommend! The shower setup was excellent, keeping the bathroom dry. If you're looking for good value, this place won't disappoint.
One downside was the slow checkout process, which made us feel rushed at the end of our stay.
